Introduced in 2022, the Single Allowance has replaced various deductions and welfare tools to support the family, present in the pay slip or recognized in the amount of the pension.

Who is entitled to the Single Allowance

The Single Allowance is entitled to all families with dependent children, regardless on the working status of the parents and on the family's income.family.

However, the amount of the allowance is commensurate with the income. In this case, this amount is established based on the income and asset range certified by the ISEE, the indicator of the equivalent economic situation. In the event that the ISEE is not presented during the application, the minimum amount for each child will automatically be recognized.

The requirements that the children must have dependent for the purposes of obtaining the single allowance

The State recognizes an amount for:

• Each minor child and, for new born children, starting from the seventh month of pregnancy.

• Every disabled child regardless of age.

• Every adult child, up to the age of 21, provided that he/she is in certain cases, i.e.: attending a school or professional education course , or is carrying out civil service, or is unemployed or even if, while working, he has an income of less than 8 thousand euros a year.

How much is it the Allowance

For each of these cases, the State ddefines the minimum and maximum amounts that will be recognized, as we have said, based on the income situation of the family.|| |97

Ad esempio, quindi, per i figli minori a carico l’importo massimo sarà di 175 euro al mese (riconosciuto a famiglie con Isee inferiore a 15mila euro), mentre l’importo minimo è di 50 euro al mese, in presenza di un Isee pari o superiore a 40mila euro, o nel caso non venga presentato.
