Discover the 2024 Inclusion Allowance: A New Social Measure

Starting from1 January 2024, it is a significantsocial inclusion measure known asInclusion Allowance (ADI) was introduced, to replace the income of citizenship. This innovation was established with the decree-law of 4 May 2023, n.48, subsequently converted, with amendments, by the law of 3 July 2023, n.85, with effect starting from January 2024.

1. Member withdisability;

2. Minor child;

3. Member with at least60 years of age of age;

4. In condition ofdisadvantage and included in acare and assistance program of social and health services certified by the public administration.

Requisiti per l'Assegno di Inclusione 2024

In addition to meeting the criteria mentioned above, there are additional requirements to consider, including:

• A ISEE not exceeding 9,360 euros;

• No member of the family unit must be | ||117intestatario di:

     -motor vehicles with engine capacitygreater than 1600 cc. ormotorcycles with engine capacityover 250 cc., registered for the first time       in twenty-four/thirty-six months prior to the request, excluding motor vehicles and motor vehicles for which a       tax relief is provided in favor of people with disabilities pursuant to current regulations;

The beneficiaries of 'Inclusion Allowance will be included in a program ofreintegration into work and to combat poverty, receiving anannual economic allowance che può variare fino a 7.560 euro in determinate condizioni.
