Description of service

Thesurvivors pensionis a pension treatment recognized in the case of deathof the pensioner (reversibility pension) or of the insured (indirect pension) in favor of the surviving family members.
The reversibility pension is equal to apercentage share of the assignor's pension.
 

To whom it belongs


In the event that the assignor is already in receipt of a pension, a percentage of the allowance continues to be paid in the form ofreversibility to the spouse and children.|| |67

Se il lavoratore non ha ancora maturato al momento della morte il diritto a pensione, ma è comunque un assicurato perché iscritto in una cassa di previdenza ed ha almeno 15 anni di contributi versati (780 settimanali), viene riconosciuto ai superstiti un assegno dello stesso tipo, chiamato più propriamente pensione indiretta.

In the case of ordinary disability allowance, the payment of at least 260 weekly contributions is required , of which at least156 in the 5 years preceding death.

The requirements


The reversibility pension after death is therefore due to the spouse even in the case ofcivil union, to the husband or to the wifeseparated or divorced, provided they are holders ofdivorce allowance.

Entitled, if present , tominor childrendependent on the deceased parent or of any age if unable to work.

It is also recognized pro rata to adult children without of income who attend a school or a professional course, up to the limit of 21 years or up to 26 if enrolled in university courses.

If the spouse or children are missing, the allowance can be paid to dependent parents who are at least 65 years of age and who do not already have a pension. Finally, it is up to theunmarried brothers andunmarried sisters dependents, if they are unable to work and have no pension.| ||100
