For carrying out all activities reserved by law to accountants or accounting expertsex Legislative Decree no. 139/2005 or to Lawyersex law 31 December 2012, n. 247/2012, or to financial intermediaries, even connected or instrumental, or delegated to institutions of patronage and social assistance pursuant to law 152/2001, the Service Company will limit itself to reporting to the end customer the need to resort to these figures, by selecting trusted Professionals or Institutes, excluding any mandate or power of representation of the end customer.
The Service Company will directly pay the compensation only to the Patronage and Social Assistance institutions for the activity within their competence which is therefore to be considered included in the sum referred to in art.1.
Within 7 days of the effective date of this agreement, the service company will communicate to the Customer, at the e-mail address indicated above, the following information: name and headquarters of the Patronage and Social Assistance Institutes that took charge of the case, investigating officer and/or Name, surname, title, date of birth, place of residence, tax code, VAT number, registered office, professional association to which you belong, details of the professional insurance of accountants or accounting experts or lawyers to whom it is necessary to resort for the of the assignment.
The compensation of the Qualified Professionals, for any reserved activity performed on behalf of the Client, is the sole responsibility of the end Client.
